NOTD: neon crackle

& the steps to achieve it:

a white base to make the neon brighter i used Sally Hansen (white tip), use the thinest white you own i know white can get goopy and it will make the nail too thick with the other coats your adding

next add neon polish im using Sinfulcolors (neon melon) 2 coats

then i used Sally Hansen crackle overcoat (ink splatter)

and last a topcoat (:
